Stockholm University of the Arts (Uniarts) announces ten practice-based Ph.D. positions where the focus is put on the artistic process:

– Two in Choreography
– Two in Media
– Two in Opera
– Two in Performing arts
– Two in Visual Art – in collaboration with the Royal Institute of Art

In addition to formulating an artistic research project in one of the above fields, the applicant should motivate how the project relates to one (or several) of Uniarts’ four profile areas:

– Concepts and composition
– Bodily and vocal practices
– Public engagements
– Technology/materiality/performance (gestaltung)

The admission process will be carried out in collaboration with Konstnärliga Forskarskolan (the Swedish national research school in the field of the arts) and the Faculty of Fine and Performing Arts at Lund University.

Stockholm University of the Arts is comprised of the University of Dance and Circus, the University College of Opera, and the Stockholm Academy of Dramatic Arts and was established on January 1, 2014.

Stockholm University of the Arts and the Royal Institute of Art have entered an agreement on a research collaboration, including two Ph.D. positions. Hereby visual art is added as a field of research education.

Wiz Khalifa ‘Don’t Lie’ (No Lie Freestyle) e l’uso spropositato di una certa sostanza verde

Insieme a molte altre cose, vanno d’accordo su una  in particolare: l’uso condiviso di una quantità  spropositata di una certa sostanza verde.

Snoop Dogg e Wiz Khalifa sono amici e si vede. Anche nel video di ‘French Inhale‘, dove per tutto il tempo non fanno altro che fumare sapientemente. Nessuna sorpresa per chi li conosce. Ci sono anche un paio di shots in cui alcune donne enjoying (and, as such, inhaling) insieme al duo. Il brano arriva direttamente dalla soundtrack del loro Mac + Devin Go To High School film. Wiz Khalifa nel frattempo, sta lavorando alla promozione del suo nuovo album, O.N.I.F.C., in uscita il prossimo 28 agosto. Non si tratta semplicemente di una nuova canzone, ma è il modo di Wiz per presentare il suo freestyle insieme al singolo ‘No Lie‘ in cui compaiono 2 Chainz e Drake– (il featured single, appunto). Lo spitter di Pittsburg ha cambiato il nome in ‘Don’t Lie‘ e disseminato la produzione con riferimenti espliciti a ciò che preferisce al mondo: l’erba.

Wiz Khalifa, King del Rap in Pittsburg, sarà a Milano e per la prima volta in Italia il prossimo 15 luglio per un evento unico all’Ippodromo al Galoppo supportato da Fedez e Dj Harsh, Duke Montana e Sick Luke, Baby K e i super talentuosi Troupe d’Elite, pargoli dell’hip hop made in Italy.
