Tutti in abito da sera e rigorosamente ammollo, dopo una giornata di sole e di mare. Stiamo parlando di Improve Everywhere, il movimento di libera partecipazione un po’ Flash Mob e un un po’ Critical mass, che questa volta ha scelto la spiaggia per contagiare tutti con l’ingegno di una nuova e divertente avventura da condividere. Si chiama Black Tie Beach 2012 e per il terzo anno consecutivo coinvolge centinaia di persone vestite da sera, il black tie appunto. Coney Island e Brighton Beach sono i luoghi prescelti in cui due diversi gruppi di persone di ogni genere ed età hanno giocato, nuotato, surfato anche nell’oceano vestiti in modo elegante. Persino gli agenti, polizia e vigili del fuoco predisposti alla sorveglianza della spiaggia, hanno colto l’occasione per fare qualche foto e poter raccontare a chi non lo ha visto con i propri occhi, quello che di divertente e frivolo è successo in spiaggia, proprio durante le ore di lavoro.
Questa è una delle centinaia di mission di Improv Everywhere, che negli anni passati ha coinvolto New York City. ‘For the Third Annual Black Tie Beach – spiegano gli ImprovEverywhere da Youtube – hundreds of participants spent a day at the beach in black tie attire. We covered Coney Island and Brighton Beach with a diverse group of people of all ages laying out, playing games, and swimming in the ocean in formal wear.
